| Llodiet... I am actually in shock, but this last little bit did it! I converted the 9 digit DDI number to a 6-digit number (by removing the first 3 digits, which are the same for all our numbers anyways) within the DDI Number Modification Table. I then named a new hunt group, and then added the subscribers (members as you say) to the hunt group. Once all of that was done, I went inside to the External Lines - List of Accesses and within the Public Numbering plan, I made the new Function, Hunting Group, starting and ending with the same 6 digit DDI number, making the BASE the same as the hunt group that I just created and VOILA! It now displays BOTH the Company Name (name of hunt group) and the originating caller ID when it rings!! I have ONE more question now for this one... now that THIS is all working, (and great!!) this particular DDI number points only to two phones (the members of this hunting group). HOWEVER... what I would like, is when it is NOT answered, for it to go to the voice mail box of ONE particular subscriber (not the general mailbox) would you know how to define this?
