Hello everyone, I'm new to the site, but will probably be posting quite a bit in the near future. I recently got out of telco because I was tired of learning a new system every 6 months (company I worked for couldn't make up their minds). We went through Nortel Norstar MICS, NEC IPK, NEC IPS2000, and Interactive Intelligence Vonexus VoIP systems.
I moved back into software development and couldn't be happier, but my company is growing so rapidly that we had to ditch our NEC DS1000 system and move into a Nortel BCM50 to support remote IP phones and AutoAttendant/Call Center. Because we're still a small company and I've got 4 years of telco experience, I was charged with getting the system installed and configured. I've gotten most of it done, but it's been a little while and I've forgotten more than I ever knew
Anyway, just figured I'd introduce myself. I'm sure you'll see me in the Off-topic areas quite a bit as well, since I'm well known on other boards for my off-color humor and smartass remarks.
