2400 IMS - Adding a new extension

I am interested in adding a new internal extension to our system, meaning I don't want it to be a DID number. When I go into ASDT to assign the station data, for the extension I want, I get a 0205 error which is "Numbering Plan Mismatch".

I assume that I have to program the PBX for what range of extensions I want it to accept. So I looked up the ANPD command thinking that would do it. But it didn't work. I currently all of our extensions begin with either a 4, 3, or 1. I want to add extensions with a 2.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
