SX2000 Connection to Cisco 2811

I have a SX2000 (ver. 34.2.5.3) that I am attempting to intergrate to a Cisco 2811 router using a NSU. I am having problems setting up a talk path between the two that displays caller-id.

When using a PRI between the SX2000 and the 2811 router, I get caller-id, but no talk path. The ringing sounds like an old telephone and when the called party answers all you hear is static.

When using a T1 between the SX2000 and the 2811 router, I get a talk path but no caller-id.

We are in the testing phase of upgrading our 14 networked SX2000 PBX system to a Cisco VoIP solution. This is our first attempt at connecting the Mitel PBX to the Cisco router.

If any one can provide some insight I would greatly appreciate it. I'm a old phoneman and VoIP is fairly new to me.
