| Caller ID name on SBC PRIs We had/have problems with the thru dial. It is really picky. Our will ring then after 3 rings it will drop and the calll pilot lady says that the call can not be processed at this time. It only happens when dialing a verizon number. They have a 5ess switch the connects directly to our dms-10. It is a set up message that only comes from the tandem switch that is missing. The pri passes this info that that message didn't get recieved to the Meridian and the Call Pilot drops it for some reason. Its a infomation only ss7 message. We use our MIPCD to handle calls to Verizon. It works flawlessly! Call Pilot tech support couldn't fix it. Calls directly from the Meridian stayed up fine! Hopefully Call Pilot 2.5 will be better! |
