| In the Ld 96, you type stat dch XX where xx is the DCH.
At this dch, you have a loop card who is associate; so for this you type Ld 60, and stat yyy where yyy is the number of your loop.
But if your dch is not up, you have a probleme of the protocole or master/user. |
