Appreciate the info on those ports, but it's extremely unlikely we'll ever do anything with them. As it is, there are only 5 of us here anymore and hardly anyone calls in or out. (This location may survive until year's end, then operations go to NYC-area. At that time, the DK40i will undoubtedly again become surplus and I'll try to scarf it up for whatever purpose...)

The whole thread started with my desire to make one program change to one extension, which piqued my technical curiosity. I consider none of this a waste of time or effort, and in the process discovered a generous, helpful bunch of folks on this forum.
