| D channel is inverted? You mean it is showing up on channel 1 instead of 24?
When you status sig <signal group> does it come up as inservice? I gather that you are experienced with T1's so you know that if the signal group is not in service any other indication is bogus.
You stated that you tested the board but you didn't say if any of the tests 138-146 failed. __________________
