I understand in principle what needs to be done (thanks for clearing that up) the ONE step in the procedure that I can't seem to work out is: How do I set it up to: "route the lines/DDI for these companies to the relevant Hunt Group" I can not see where within PM5 I can set this up? Also, we currently have hunt groups, but when the phone rings, it displays the number that is calling (not the hunt group) so where do I change this configuration? Many thanks once again! |
