IF (AGE OF CALL > 43) AND (AGE OF CALL < 47) THEN
This way you have a wider range and the equation will not be true to all values greater than 45.
Also, play a VOICE PROMPT/GIVE RAN before the COLLECT DIGITS command to tell the caller what the expected digit is for. |
