Greetings
I've been actively working on Nortel PBX's for 15 years from technician, supervisor, Sales Engineer all with Verizon and now a customer with 27 Nortel PBX'S in our Network. Because I am no longer a Nortel partner, I do not recieve support from their ETAS. It is important to have a resource to go where you may find support on the product with first hand experience.
