| Call forwarding and cover remote will both do what you want but cover remote is the easiest to administer and neither one requires a physical phone.
Cover remote is easier to administer because if they want to go to a different number all you need to do is change the destination on the cover remote table.
If you are using call forward you can change the direction with a phone that has console permissions but you will have to temporarily assign a port to the redirected station to change it, you can't change an x-ported station. __________________
