| Call Queues just ringing when all agents are logged out Hey everyboody - we've got a new phone system - dumped the Option 11, but since I'm not in Facilities anymore, I don't have the inside info about the new system. But I know where to find the dirt! My particular phone is labeled a "Lucent 8403." Where can I find anyting about everything to do with this phone and how I can make it work best for me? Is all programming done for the phone at the phone itself, or at a terminal like the Option 11 we had? |
