As far as i know, there is no bc13, maybe youre talking about the new mx-one. There are a lot of differences, mx-one is an ip switch that still uses tdm. Doesn't support sip yet, and ericsson is still in the process. Check there website,
www.ericsson.com, search for the mx-one logo.
