I'm new to this forum and would like to find people that would be able to give me tips and shortcuts on DMS-100, SIEMENS EWSD, TEKELEC, CS2100, AVAYA, and CISCO Call Managers 4.2(3). I also would like to see people talk about their experience with setting up VOIP throughout their network. I have a basic understanding of all of these and went to school for DMS, SIEMENS, TEKELEC, and AVAYA GS3, but have to toggle back and forth to all the systems. Any and all tips will be accepted with gratitude
