I like the phones themselves, the computer based client is great, and the admin interface is superb (that's the main reason we went with this system - we had quotes from Shoretel and Intertel as well as NEC's Aspire - Although Altigen came in with the lowest price as well).

What made you choose Altigen over Shoretel? You asay it is the superb admin interface but when the shoretel salesmen visted I was blown away with how easy and simple the admin was!
Also don't your phones have Qos? I don't see why they should have cutting in and out regardless of bandwidth usage.
