What is it that you are outputing to just a PC? How are you then capturing the SMDR? Normally you just want the PC to match however you have the serial port on the options card setup. In most cases 9600, 8 , N, 1. XON/XOFF software flow control. Use Inter-Tel's software handshaking adapter 804.2420 as I remember. Connect a line cord to the options card and then plug the line cord into the 804.2420 attached to the PC.
