Hello All
This is a great site. A chance to converse with fellow communicators.
Personal: Been in the Telecomm world for many years (25+) most in the Federal Government. Now semi-retired and doing consulting work with several companies who primarily support government agencies, local & federal. I am looking for a "boilerplate" for a PBX Maintenance Plan which covers preventive, remedial, etc. If anyone can assist it would be appreciated.
