| ok i created a hunt group. and set it on busy but say i'm not at my desk, i don't want my voicemail to answer it i want it to go down the hunt group list if then no one answers it then send it back to my voicemail. What your saying is this cannot happen. If I put it under V then it goes directly to the next extension and it does not ring at my desk, and it goe sback to my voicemail? So i guess theres no 100% way to do what I'm asked to do. |
