V or A = all calls ***i have blank.. should this be wher ei want it routed to**
B= busy calls *** set as my backup analog lines ****
D or N/A = no answer calls *** pointing voicemail***
now when i use the command acpg i say get on the 1st extension i want to use and everywhere else i type in the second extension it keeps telling me that needs 2 or more stn.. Do i need to create the group first? |
