I have used RSI Call Accounting Software (Shadow and Telecost) for many years. I recommend it to my customers because they back up the product. I also use Call Accounting Mate for small business customers with a limited budget. For high end stuff, I have tried Avotus and Veramark with varying degrees of success. I would go with RSI (
