| Avaya INDEX phone systems freezing Wondering if anyone can shed any light on a problem that we have every few months. We have several Index systems which are network and linked via IPNC cards. Occasionally all the systems freeze, thats every phone switch on several of our sites causing phones to lock up, to resolve this we soft reset the phone switch. On looking at the logs there is nothing obvious which is apparent. We have had our network team looking into it incase it is lan/wan which may be causing this but are still looking for answers.
