| It has been my experience that when you are trying to make simple voicemail chenges it is realy best to call a tech that has experience. I know it costs money by your time is also valuable. what will take you days to figure out will take a tech about an hour to program and test. This way you know the solution will work and there will be no problems.
I am not trying to toot my own industries horn but I have been called out way to many times to a customer that has made what they thought was a easy change and now the voicemail does not answer incoming calls, or the deleted the voicemail programming entirely.
