Never used or heard of Altigen until i started here 18 months ago. Have to say that while there are some quirly issues with the system, I have few other complaints. The manuals are simple, but descriptive enought to help with almost any problem i have encountered. The user interfaces for both the admin console and the client app are intuitive and easy to use. We have 2 systems at seperate offices tied together through VoIP and it works great. Dial an extension at the remote office, and there are no quality issues or problems.
In short, I like the Altigen! I would even recommend it! |
