Great to find this telephony forum. I am a tech support analyst with Embarq and do primary support for our business customers on Nortel PBX's and Key Systems. I work at the regional support center in Wake Forest, NC and we're a 7X24X365 Center so I just might be working any time of day, any day of the week.
We're moving more into the VOIP environment everyday and I'm looking for all the resources available to assist me with getting comfortable with the Voice Over Imaginary Phones world. I look forward to us all learning more together and benefitting from our collective knowledge. |
