| When you plug a standard analogue phone in does it work both ways, can you make and receive calls?
If the phone doesn't ring can you get someone to ring that extn and for yourself to pick it up and answer.
Have you taking a d/l of the system to see what the setting is for that particular extn, ie fax or standard?
