The signal level from your PC is likely to be much to high to simply connect into the microphone wiring of your phone - it will therefore be seriously overloaded and just come out as distortion. Also you should be careful not to damage the PC, since the phone may have a condenser microphone which needs DC power to operate, but this may damage the computer.
Watch out to that you are not breaking your telephone company regulations by connecting mains operated equipment (the computer) to their telephone network without a mains barrier (usually an isolating transformer).
