| There are two independent applications - real time printout (over V.24 or Ethernet). Ticket is printed after end of a call.Format is different on V.24 and Ethernet. - file storage. All tickets are stored at /usr4/account directory. Every hour all tickets are compressed in a file witj *.DAT extension. V.24 applications license is bundled in Basic options in latest releases. In previous releases it had to be ordered separately. File storage also needs a license. So first you should decide how you will get tickets - via real time or file stotage mode. |
