Is there any way to learn Nortel Symposium via some type of simulator or something? The reason being is that my company has aquired a company that has Nortel Symposium for their ACD and everytime they need a change they go through the vendor. I know some basics on Option 11, I have created a phone, with help, and few other things, but I know nothing about Symposium but want to learn it so I can support it. I know it is a little bit of an odd request. Basically in a nut shell I want to increase some responisbilities and expand my knowledge. If I could somehow learn it on the side in some way I could say, "Hey, I have learned Symposium and now we don't have to pay the vendor for MAC work each time we need a change." Because of changes in my company, my role has shrunk from what it once was, all having to do with changes in a change in philosophy, going from a distributed model of support to centralized model(Readers Digenst Version). Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows any way to do this, or if any of you have any sites in the Sacramento area that I could "learn" symposium. I know it is an unusal request, but hopefully someone can humor me and see if anything like this is possible.
