You can go to Avaya's website and download all the documentation on that particular system you need. It's all free. As for programming with WinSPM...the word "Clunky" just doesn't do it justice. As far as programming lines...Under the EXTENSION menu, Lines/Trunks will allow you to assign trunks to phones, and do a line copy to the other extensions.
