Just a guess as I'm a new pbx admin....

I believe ACA stands for automatic circuit assurance and it's common to set the attendant console to receive these messages.

I believe the numbering indicates the trunk group access code and then the trunk group member.

Might want to look at your errors / alarms log to see if anything is in there.

You can also find documentation on avaya's site regarding ACA.
