| I have seen this before and sometimes it is related to virtual registers in the PBX system, if your system has CCIS or ISDN then you are utilizing virtual registers. now if you have a one module group system the lens number to keep vacant are as follows 003280 to 003317, If you are a 2 module group system (MG00 / MG01) then you would need to have these lens numbers vacant 013280 to 013317. If you are beyone the 2 module group system follow the two module group rule.
Also when your phone went out did you try just reseting the register cards ? |
