Ok not quite but.........it's just easy to do the right thing. Sure a blizzard will cause some interruption in ones life but I expect that to happen I choose to live were I do. You take certain risk's living in certain areas. The people in New Orleans knew there was a Hurricane coming and some left and some stayed. They live in a city that is BELOW sea level that is sitting right next to a river and a very big lake. Um hello! That's a risk you take.
Do I think the government should help all those people that lost there houses or there city? Sure to a point. But to rebuild again is taking a risk. It happened once it will happen again.
