Thanks pbxman, Benn working on the NEC for about 9 months and not too much experience.We had an unusual occurence the other day.All the phones went dead,the were all lit up and all green on the NEC but no dial tone.I did a system initialze but still no go,I power cycled cpu 0 and it all came up. Unfortnately our vendor says that all the history was erased.One guy thought it might be the call register cards.He said he had seen that once before but since we have 2 he had no answer. Have you or anyone else out there ever seen this? Thanks |
