We already know all about Autodials and Dial Intercom Groups.
Neither do what we require.
My question is specific to the "Two-way Hotline"..or maybe it is "hotkey" feature mentioned in the feature guide. I'm pretty sure it does what we want, we just can't figure out how to set it up correctly. |
