Hey everyone,
My name is Richard, thought I would say "hi". This is my first time posting to a community. I have seen some very knowledgeable posts and thought I would gain quite a bit from here and hopefully provide some feedback in my area of knowledge.
Oh yea, I am a voice\data technician in Flagstaff, AZ and primarily work on Mitel SX 200EL's and Vodavi (Vertical) XTS's.
