We install both Shoretel and Avaya. The Shoretel system is awesome. If you want a system that works and is easy to use, Shoretel is what you want. I never get called on on Shoretel issues. Customers love their Shoretel systems and I love to install them.
Previously I was a die hard Avaya person. Shoretel is the first system I have found that is superior to Avaya. |
