After 21 posts my issues got resolved.
I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts, trying steer me in the right direction.
FYI, my biggest problem was to create mailboxes 351-354. I though I could only create mailboxes through the Co-session software. But going through your and other posts, I realized that mailboxes could be created from admin's display telephone also. So I went a head and created the mailboxes. And everything started working like a charm.
