I work on both....Nortel and Avaya..I personally like Nortel better but the Definity is really easy to program.
We installed a new G3R about a year ago with about 600 Callmaster V's and havent had any problems. But, have an older G3, that has problem pretty often.
So, Rick, I think its a little of both!!
