after talking to the talkaphone rep they sent me a "Demo disk" of the full version software that was $2K plus,
the package has a Sub Section called "Poller" in the telephone preferances Section and that appears to be functional on the "Demo Disk"
I can also say that the user manual is definately less then Helpful, it was basically alot of Trial and Error,
