We have a NEC NEAX 2000 IVS with PAM version 2.6. It was my mistake, like I said I don't know much about PBX's. The F10 is really F9 to get the commmand= prompt then type 10 to get the 10>prompt. This lets me know which port has an extension associated to it, if at all.
