help I don't know what to do. Hi My company just moved me to the PBX section is hardley any experience. Some I have resolved and others I am having a difficult time. Can anyone kind of give me some advice on steps I can do. It is a Avaya Definity. Please help......... 1) A user called me and said that they are unable to reach a number in a specific region, but can reach a number in other regions. What can I check? 2) I have a request to modify a route the PBX in order to reach a new office destination; but the addition of the new route will require modification to the existing routes, this might inpact the calls now i guess. What can I do? 3) I was asked to make an administration change to a user extension for a remotely located PBX which has dial-in access from my desk. I try to connect but are unable to do so.
