If 9 is the access code for outside trunk, which is connected to NEC pbx, Don't you need to dial the access code for RT 20 to get an available trunk on PRT first?? I suppose you have to dial 2 access codes , the first to get an available PRT trun, then the other code to get an available Telco trunk.Pls correct me if I am wrong ...
