| Change the Setting RTQT (Return to Queue Timer) to a value in the ACD Configuration, to a value between 0 and 50. This is in ringing cycles.
And set the RTQO to MSB (Make Set Busy) or NRD (Not Ready). If the phoned RTQT's from a phone, it's status will change to the RTQO option and the call will be returned to the Queue. |
