For EG: d'souza Be careful not to use any speacial character as agent names.Also try generating the reports by Login IDs so that u dont miss on his login hours... Onemore suggestion would be to have a proxy ID created, monitor it and if that works , simply replace the name with the agent name u have in ur list. |
