Scenario.
Xtn 'A' is 29904 at location 700, Meridian
Xtn 'B' is 5505, at another location, 791, Meridian
Xtn 'C' is 6606, Centrex

'B' is CFWD to 'C'. dialled by 'A' and is a success.
Now, Xtn 'B' is 3651, at location 791 and is Cisco IPT.
It has a CFWD to 771 318444.
This returns a *40B* and fails.

My original understanding was that the *40B* was 'information' saying "There is a Divert Immediate C party address" and an instruction to the 'A' party switch to re-initiate the call to C party address.
However, when it 'works' I don't see a *40B*, I only see one when it Fails !!
What exactly does the *40B* tell me ?

The BTNR 188 document doesn't refer to the 'B', only the 40.
Are there any 'other' traces that can be put on, at the Meridian, on a DPNSS link, that will provide a better 'clue' as to why I encounter fails ??
