I have done this but a little different options.
I used the TR1000 card to use the IVR app.
I built a T-1 in the PBX used a cross-over cable to connect from the PBX to the Server. I used the standard T-1 build out, ESF/B8ZS Rob Bit signalling and then I also made sure that I was set up for 4 wire EM too. Built the Route and away I went. It used all 24 channels on the T-1. the app may not need all 24 but it was built that way in case it needed them. I also worked with a client who set up an ACD and set up 24 agents. |
