| Have you tried to call from 2500 set to MCS user? Does this user hear the DTMF tones if 2500 will press the keys?
I think that possible cause is somewhere in voice transcoding from H323 to PRI on NEC2000 WI.Or just too much voice transcoding - from analog to H323, then from H323 to PRI, from PRI to SIP. |
