E1 Outage and PEG Our ACD Report 3 shows the PEG count 1 and 60 minutes each hour but I can not convince our Nortel vendor that one E1 is out of service or "busied out". We have two E1 for a total of 60 trunks. I never see any calls on the second E1 and should. So I would welcome any suggestions that I can give our Nortel vendor who is less that fully trained unfortunately.
