Yeah, I'm not that surprised
But, I think I've found out a way to figure out what the problem is. Have someone do a reverse engineering on a good 'gold box' (and on the Xicor chip itself) and compare it to a bad 'gold box' and chip, as well as analyze our situation and hopefully determine what could be causing this problem, and how to fix it. Even if the answer is that there Is no way to repair them after they go bad, it will still be nice to have a definite answer to what's going on and why. And I will definitely post what's up after I get this done.
